A busy retail street in the Bronx needed sidewalk sheds to protect pedestrians during façade renovation.

The sidewalks were narrow, pedestrian traffic was high, and the city’s DOB rules were strict. The client needed a solution that was safe, flexible, and compliant.
Our Story & Approach
On arrival, we noticed constant foot traffic and delivery trucks crisscrossing the street. Our team engineered custom sheds, including emergency setups for deliveries and high pedestrian flow periods.
We implemented lighting and signage for added visibility and coordinated daily inspections.
Results & Impact
The site became controlled, compliant, and visibly secure. Workers could focus on progress, nearby businesses stayed uninterrupted, and the client avoided violations or safety incidents.
